# Accelerated checkout buttons are not showing

The buttons in the live preview are placeholders. In your store, shoppers see only the payment methods turned on in your Shopify settings.
Check whether the buttons are missing everywhere, look different from the live preview, or are collapsed.
## The buttons don't appear in the cart
1. In your Shopify admin, open **Adoric Cart**, then click your cart in the **Carts** list.
2. Go to **Cart** tab > **Footer**, and check that the **Accelerated checkout** toggle is on.
3. Click **Save** in the top bar.
4. Make sure the **Cart status** switch in the top bar is on, so the cart shows **Active**.
## Your store shows different buttons from the live preview
The live preview always shows placeholder buttons, such as Shop Pay and PayPal. Your store shows the express payment methods turned on in your Shopify settings.
1. In your Shopify admin, open your payment settings.
2. Check which express payment methods are turned on.
|| Adoric Cart doesn't add payment methods. It shows the ones turned on in your Shopify settings.
## The buttons are collapsed in the cart
1. Go to **Cart** tab > **Footer** > **Accelerated checkout**.
2. Under **More options**, look at **Make accelerated checkout collapsible**.
3. Clear it if you want the buttons to show all the time.
## The whole cart is missing on some devices
Go to **Cart** tab > **Settings** and look at **Show on devices**. If it's set to **Desktop** or **Mobile**, the cart doesn't show on other devices.
## What to send support
You can also click **Get support** in the **Accelerated checkout** area. Please send us:
* Your store URL and the page where the problem happens
* Which buttons you expect to see, and which ones appear
* The device and browser you're using
* Whether the problem started after a change (for example, a new theme)
