# Add a Continue shopping button

You can add a second button to your cart, like **Continue shopping**. Go to **Cart** tab > **Footer** > **Buttons** and turn on **Secondary button**.

It gives shoppers an easy way back to your store. Let's set it up.

## Turn on the secondary button

1. In your Shopify admin, open **Adoric Cart**, then click your cart in the **Carts** list.
2. At the top of the left panel, click the **Cart** tab.
3. Under **Footer**, click **Buttons**.
4. Below the checkout button settings, turn on **Secondary button**.
## Set the text and action

1. In **Secondary button text**, enter your text. The default is "Continue shopping." You can change the font size, color, and style, or add an emoji.
2. In **Action**, choose what the button does. The default is **Close cart drawer**.
## Choose the look

* **Style**: **Solid** or **Outline**.
* **Background** and **Border**: Set the colors and border width.
* **Layout**: **Stacked** places it under the checkout button. **Inline** places them side by side.
## Check the result

Look at the live preview on the right of the cart editor.

When you're happy with it, click **Save** in the top bar. To show the cart to shoppers, turn on the **Cart status** switch in the top bar, so the cart shows **Active**.
