# Add custom CSS to your cart

You can add your own CSS to change how your cart looks. Go to **Cart** tab > **Style**, then click **Custom CSS**.

Custom CSS is for small design changes that the settings don't cover. Let's add some.

## Add your CSS

1. In your Shopify admin, open **Adoric Cart**, then click your cart in the **Carts** list.
2. At the top of the left panel, click the **Cart** tab.
3. Click **Style**.
4. At the bottom of **Style**, click **Custom CSS**.
5. Enter your CSS. It applies to the whole cart.
> Wrong CSS can hide or break parts of your cart. Check the live preview after every change.

## Try the settings first

Most design changes don't need code. Colors, fonts, sizes, roundness, and borders are all in **Style**. Each section also has its own style settings.

## Get help with code

Not sure what to write? Our team can help for free. Click **Get free support** on the Adoric Cart home page and tell us what you want to change.

## Check the result

Look at the live preview on the right of the cart editor. It shows your CSS changes.

When you're happy with it, click **Save** in the top bar. To show the cart to shoppers, turn on the **Cart status** switch in the top bar, so the cart shows **Active**.
