# Analytics are missing or look wrong

Most of the time, the filters are the cause. Check the cart and date range at the top of the **Analytics** page first.

Check whether all numbers are empty, or only some of them.

## All numbers are empty

1. On the Adoric Cart home page, check that **App embed is active** appears at the top.
2. In the **Carts** list, check that your cart shows **Active**.
3. Open your store and add a product, to check that your cart opens.

If your cart was just turned on, numbers appear after shoppers use it.

## Numbers look too low or too high

1. At the top of the **Analytics** page, check the cart filter. **All carts** shows every cart together.
2. Check the date range, for example **Last 30 days**.
3. Check whether **Previous period** is on. The changes compare with the period before.

## Upsell or widget revenue is empty

**Revenue by widgets** and **Upsell revenue** count only orders with products from those widgets. If no shopper used them in the date range, you'll see "No upsell revenue in this date range."

Check that **Product upsell**, **Side product upsell**, or **Shipping protection** is turned on in your cart.

## What to send support
