# Build trust with badges in your cart

You can show short trust badges in your cart, such as "Secure checkout." Go to **Cart** tab > **Body** > **Trust badges**, turn on the **Trust badges** toggle, then add your badges.
Badges reassure shoppers just before they pay. Let's add a few.
## Add your badges
1. In your Shopify admin, open **Adoric Cart**, then click your cart in the **Carts** list.
2. At the top of the left panel, click the **Cart** tab.
3. Under **Body**, turn on the **Trust badges** toggle, then click **Trust badges**.
4. In the **Badges** area, click **Add badge**.
5. Enter the badge text in its text box, for example "Fast shipping."
## Use a ready-made badge
Under **Quick add**, click **Secure checkout**, **Free shipping**, **Easy returns**, or **Money-back guarantee**. The badge is added to your list.
|| Only add badges your store really offers. For example, add **Free shipping** only if you offer free shipping.
## Reorder or delete badges
To change the order, drag a badge by its handle on the left.
To delete a badge, click the trash icon next to it.
## Change the style
* **Icon**: Change the icon's **Color** and **Size**.
* **Text**: Change the text size, weight, and color.
* **Spacing**: Use **Inside (top, bottom)**, **Inside (right, left)**, and **Between** to change the space around and between badges.
## Check the result
Look at the live preview on the right of the cart editor. Your badges appear in a row in the cart, each with its icon and text.
When you're happy with it, click **Save** in the top bar. To show the cart to shoppers, turn on the **Cart status** switch in the top bar, so the cart shows **Active**.
