# Create and manage multiple carts

You can create more than one cart in Adoric Cart. On the Adoric Cart home page, click **Create cart** in the **Carts** list.

Each cart has its own design, status, analytics, translations, and A/B tests. Let's create and manage your carts.

## Create a new cart

1. In your Shopify admin, open **Adoric Cart**.
2. In the **Carts** list, click **Create cart**.
3. In the top bar, click the cart name and enter a name, for example "Black Friday cart."
4. Design your cart, then click **Save**.
A new cart starts as **Inactive**, so shoppers don't see it until you turn it on.

## Manage your carts

The **Carts** list shows every cart with its **Views**, **Converted carts**, **CR** (conversion rate), and **Status**. Click **⋯** next to a cart to choose:

* **Edit**: Opens the cart in the cart editor.
* **Preview**: Shows how the cart looks.
* **Analytics**: Opens the analytics for that cart.
Use **Sort carts** to change the order of the list. Click **Choose columns** to show or hide columns.

## Turn a cart on or off

Use the switch next to a cart in the **Carts** list. You can also use the **Cart status** switch in the cart editor's top bar. The cart shows **Active** or **Inactive**.

| More than one cart can be **Active** at the same time, and there's no setting to choose which one shoppers see. To be sure which cart shows, keep only one cart **Active**. To compare designs, use an A/B test instead.

## Check the result

Look at the **Status** column in the **Carts** list. Then open your store and check that the cart you expect opens.
