How to Set Up a Mix-and-Match Campaign

Create a New Campaign

  1. Go to your Adoric dashboard.
  2. Click Create New Campaign.
  3. Select Mix & Match.

You’ll see two campaign list options:

  • Single List (campaign built from one product list)
  • Section List (campaign built from multiple product sections)

Single List Campaigns

A Single List campaign is built from one product list. This option is best if you want to apply a discount or promotion to a specific group of products.

Available campaign types:

  • Product with Discount – Offer a percentage or fixed discount on the product.
  • Product with Free Shipping – Highlight free shipping for the product.
  • Product with Free Gift – Add a free gift when the product is purchased.
  • Product with Upsell – Suggest an upsell product when the customer adds an item to the cart.

When to use:

  • Choose X number of products from any number of Y products (X and Y represent numbers, not products)

Sectioned Campaigns

A Section List campaign is built from multiple product sections. This option is best if you want to create more advanced offers that involve combinations of products.

Available campaign types:

  • Section with Discount – Apply a discount across a whole section of products.
  • Buy X Get Y Free – Encourage higher order volume by offering free items after a threshold is met.
  • Product with Free Shipping – Offer free shipping for a product section.

When to use:

  • You want to create promotions across different product categories

Choosing the Right Campaign Type

  • Use Single List if your promotion focuses on one product list only.
  • Use Section List if your promotion involves multiple product sections or more complex offers.

How to Use Campaign Lists in Adoric

When creating a campaign in Adoric, you’ll see two campaign list options: Single List and Section List. Each offers different ways to set up your promotions.

Single List Campaign

A Single List campaign is built from one product list.

Types of Single List Campaigns:

1. Product with Discount

Apply a percentage, fixed amount, or set price discount to the product.

Example:

Buy Product A → 20% off

Why & When to Use:

Use this when you want to push a particular product or boost sales with a simple discount. Ideal for limited-time promos or highlighting a seasonal best-seller.

2. Product with Free Shipping

Offer free shipping when customers purchase the product.

Example:

Buy Product A → Free shipping

Why & When to Use:

Great for reducing cart abandonment. Works well with heavier or higher-ticket products where shipping costs are a barrier to purchase.

3. Product with Free Gift

Add a free gift when the product is purchased.

Example:

Buy Product A → Get Gift B for free

Why & When to Use:

Perfect for increasing perceived value and encouraging conversions. Commonly used for product launches or bundle promotions.

4. Product with Upsell

Show an upsell suggestion when the product is added to cart.

Example:

Buy Product A → Suggested Upsell: Product B at 15% off

Why & When to Use:

Use this to increase average order value by recommending related or premium items. Ideal for accessories, upgrades, or complementary products.

Sectioned Campaign

A Section List campaign is built from multiple product sections.

Types of Sectioned Campaigns:

1. Section with Discount

Apply a discount across an entire product section.

Example:

All products in “Shoes” → 25% off

Why & When to Use:

Ideal for promoting entire categories during sales events (e.g., “Back to School” or “Black Friday”).

2. Buy X Get Y Free

Encourage bulk orders by rewarding customers with free items.

Example:

Buy 2 T-shirts → Get 1 T-shirt free

Why & When to Use:

Best for increasing order quantity and moving stock faster. Works great for consumables, fashion, or everyday goods.

3. Product with Free Shipping

Offer free shipping for all products in a section.

Example:

All products in “Winter Jackets” → Free shipping

Why & When to Use:

Good for categories with higher-priced or bulky items, making the offer more attractive and reducing purchase hesitation.
