Why Is My Discount Not Working?

Here are the most common reasons your Adoric discount might not apply:


🔴 Campaign Not Active

  • Double-check that your campaign is active or not
  • Go to Campaigns > Make sure the campaign status is set to Live.


⚠️ Stacking Conflict with Other Discounts

  • The discounts inside the Adoric bundle are categorized as “Product Discounts”, and Shopify does not allow stacking of the same discount type.
  • If another automatic or manual product discount (for the same product) is active, the higher discount option will be applied.


📦 Product Is Out of Stock

  • If a product is out of stock, the discount won’t apply, even if the product appears selectable.
  • Occasionally, there might be a slight delay in stock sync, so customers may still see it, but it won’t show in the cart.
