Why Is My Discount Not Working?


Here are the most common reasons your Adoric discount might not apply:

🔴 Campaign Not Active


Double-check that your campaign is active or not
Go to Campaigns > Make sure the campaign status is set to Live.

⚠️ Stacking Conflict with Other Discounts


The discounts inside the Adoric bundle are categorized as “Product Discounts”, and Shopify does not allow stacking of the same discount type.
If another automatic or manual product discount (for the same product) is active, the higher discount option will be applied.

📦 Product Is Out of Stock


If a product is out of stock, the discount won’t apply, even if the product appears selectable.
Occasionally, there might be a slight delay in stock sync, so customers may still see it, but it won’t show in the cart.
