# FAQ - Why Is My Discount Not Working?

## Why Is My Discount Not Working?
Here are the most common reasons your Adoric discount might not apply:

### 🔴 **Campaign Not Active**
* Double-check that your campaign is **a**ctive or not
* Go to **Campaigns** > Make sure the campaign status is set to **Live**.

### ⚠️ **Stacking Conflict with Other Discounts**
* **The discounts inside the Adoric bundle are categorized as “Product Discounts”**, and Shopify **does not allow stacking** of the same discount type.
* If another **automatic** or **manual** product discount (for the same product) is active, the higher discount option will be applied. 

### 📦 **Product Is Out of Stock**
* If a product is **out of stock**, the discount won’t apply, even if the product appears selectable.
* Occasionally, there might be a **slight delay** in stock sync, so customers may still see it, but it won’t show in the cart.
