# Get help from the Adoric team

Our team is happy to help you with Adoric Cart. Click **Get free support** on the Adoric Cart home page to open a chat with us.

You can reach us from many places in the app. Let's see where, and what to send us so we can help quickly.

## Chat with our team

* **Get free support**: On the home page, under **Have a questions?**. Opens a chat with our team.
* **Open chat**: The chat button at the bottom of the app page.
* **Get support**: In the **⋯** menu at the top of the app page, and in some cart editor sections.
* **Need help with code? Get free support**: In each custom HTML block.
If we're offline, leave your message. We'll email you back.

## Ask for a free check or expert setup

* **Complete check for free**: In the **Cart compatibility check** task. Our team checks that your cart works with your theme and store.
* **Get expert setup**: On the home page. We help you choose the right design for your cart.
## Suggest a feature

Missing a feature? Tell us, and we'll look at building it.

1. In your Shopify admin, under **Adoric Cart**, click **Suggest feature**.
2. Click **Suggest feature** and describe your idea.
The page shows each idea's status: **Pending**, **Approved**, **In Progress**, **Done**, or **Rejected**. Click **Sort by Votes** to see the most popular ideas.

* What you expected, and what happened
* Whether it started after a change, for example a new theme
