Lift Test
The Lift Test helps you understand how much impact your Adoric bundles have on your store performance.
It works by splitting your bundle traffic into two groups:
- Treatment group — customers who see the bundle.
- Control group — customers who do not see the bundle.
By comparing both groups, you can see whether showing bundles helps increase orders, revenue, or conversions.
How to Access the Lift Test Feature
To access the Lift Test feature:
- Open the Adoric Bundles app.
- Go to App Settings.
- Open the Lift Test section.
From there, you can manage the Lift Test settings.

How the Test Works
When the Lift Test is active, visitors are randomly split into two groups.
Treatment Group
Customers in the treatment group will see your bundles as usual.
For this group, views are tracked when the bundle is actually displayed on the page.
Control Group
Customers in the control group will not see the bundle.
However, Adoric still tracks a view when the customer visits a page where the bundle would have been shown.
This allows the app to compare customers who saw the bundle with customers who visited the same type of page but did not see the bundle.

How Orders Are Tracked
Orders are tracked based on the customer’s session.
If a customer visits any page where the bundle should appear, and then places an order during the same session, that order is included in the Lift Test results.
This applies to both groups:
- If the customer is in the treatment group, they may have seen the bundle.
- If the customer is in the control group, they did not see the bundle, but they visited a page where the bundle would have appeared.
Example
A customer visits a product page where an Adoric bundle is active.
- If they are in the treatment group, they will see the bundle.
- If they are in the control group, they will not see the bundle.
If the customer places an order later in the same session, the order will be counted in the Lift Test.
Why This Is Useful
The Lift Test helps you measure the real impact of your bundles.
Instead of only checking bundle views or clicks, it compares how customers behave with and without bundles. This helps you understand if your bundles are improving your store’s performance.
Summary
The Lift Test compares customers who see your bundles with customers who do not see them.
It helps you understand whether your bundles are creating a positive impact on your store by measuring the difference between both groups.
