# My cart changes are not showing in my store

Most of the time, the changes weren't saved. In the cart editor, click **Save** in the top bar, then check your store again.

Check whether none of your changes show, or only some of them.

## None of your changes show

1. Open your cart in the cart editor.
2. If **Save** appears in the top bar, click it. **Save** only appears when you have unsaved changes.
3. Check that the **Cart status** switch is on, so the cart shows **Active**.
4. Refresh your store page.
||| If you click **Discard** or close the cart editor without saving, your changes are lost.

## You edited a different cart

If you have more than one cart, check which one is **Active** in the **Carts** list. Make sure you edited that cart. More than one cart can be **Active** at once, so turn off the carts you don't use.

## A section doesn't show

1. In the cart editor, check that the section's switch is on under **Body** or **Footer**.
2. If the section is in the empty cart, click the **Empty cart** tab to check it.
3. At the bottom of the section's panel, check **Who will see this widget**. If it uses customer tags, only some shoppers see it.
## Changes are missing on some devices

Go to **Cart** tab > **Settings** and look at **Show on devices**. Some sections, like **Side product upsell** and **Sticky cart**, also have their own **Show on devices** setting.

## What to send support

* Your store URL and the page you're checking
* The cart name and the change you made
* The device and browser you're using
* Whether the problem started after a change, for example a new theme
