Add custom HTML to your cart
You can add your own content to the cart with a custom HTML block. Go to Cart tab > Add custom HTML, then add your code in the code editor.
Custom HTML lets you show content that isn't in the other sections. Let's add a block.
Create a custom HTML block
- In your Shopify admin, open Adoric Cart, then click your cart in the Carts list.
- At the top of the left panel, click the Cart tab.
- At the bottom of the left panel, click Add custom HTML.
- In Name, enter a name for the block, for example "Holiday message."
- In the code editor, add your code.
The new block appears in the left panel with its own toggle. The name is internal only. Shoppers don't see it.
Use the code editor
Click the sun or moon icon to switch the code editor between light and dark colors.
To see more of your code, click the expand icon at the top right of the code editor. It opens in full screen.
Use a ready-made block
Click Library at the top of the Custom HTML area to choose a ready-made block instead of writing code.
Remove a block
Click Remove below the code editor to delete the block from your cart.
Check the result
Look at the live preview on the right of the cart editor. Your content appears in the cart.
When you're happy with it, click Save in the top bar. To show the cart to shoppers, turn on the Cart status switch in the top bar, so the cart shows Active.
