Match your cart colors to your store
You can change all the main colors of your cart in one place. Go to Cart tab > Style > Colors, then choose a palette, a theme, and your colors.
Colors that match your store make the cart feel like part of your brand. Let's set them up.
Choose a palette
- In your Shopify admin, open Adoric Cart, then click your cart in the Carts list.
- At the top of the left panel, click the Cart tab.
- Click Style.
- In the Colors area, click one of the presets under Palette: Ink, Ocean, Forest, Violet, or Clay.
A palette changes several colors at once. It's the fastest way to start. Ink is the default.
To build a palette from your brand color, click Create a custom palette from one colour.
Choose a light or dark theme
Under Theme, choose Light or Dark.
Change each color
Click a color under one of these labels to change it:
- Primary: Your main color.
- Secondary: Your second color.
- Text: The color of the text in your cart.
- Background: The background color of your cart.
- Overlay: The color that covers your store page behind the open cart.
Some sections also have their own color settings. For example, you can change the color of the Sale badge in Cart items.
Check the result
Look at the live preview on the right of the cart editor. The cart shows your new colors right away.
When you're happy with it, click Save in the top bar. To show the cart to shoppers, turn on the Cart status switch in the top bar, so the cart shows Active.
